Mr. Zakiullah Shariff graduated from Bangalore University in Civil Engineering.

The Fineline Group has a philosophy of hands-on project management to thank for its outstanding reputation. Each project, from large to small, has a management team led by either a Project Executive or Job Supervisor, depending on the size and type of job.

It is the responsibility of the Project Executive or Job Supervisor, to oversee a project from pre-construction to final completion. An awareness of on-site progress, administration, cost-control and communication between the client and architect are considered critical to a successful project.

The firm has inbuilt culture of meeting the stringent standards of quality in construction and time schedule.
